So over to you, Andrea.
Andrea Boyle
03:22 - 06:41
Thanks so much, Hailey. For anyone who isn't familiar with Zoneyet, we build NetSuite native software that helps finance teams run their operations end to end with AI built into the platform, not bolted on, not separate.
We also support more than 4,500 customers globally with a team of two fifty plus people across three continents, and over twelve years focused exclusively on NetSuite. Our platform covers four key finance areas, from everything from quote to cash, procure to pay, treasury and record to report.
That's everything from Zonebilling, handling any billing model in NetSuite to ZoneCapture and ZoneApprovals, streamlining vendor bills and approvals, Zone AP Payments covering that last mile of vendor payments, and then ZoneReconcile for cash reconciliation, and Solution 7 for live Excel reporting straight out of NetSuite. All of this running underneath all of it is Zoe, who you're gonna meet Zoe today if you haven't yet.
It's our AI layer working inside these products to give you secure enterprise grade a AI while NetSuite stays your system of record the whole way through. But before we go any further, I'd like to do a quick poll.
So, Haley, if we can fire up that poll. Alright, everybody.
Have you tried an AI agent inside your NetSuite workflows yet? It's okay if you haven't. You know, we're just curious what your feedback is.
Where are you at today with your AI experience inside net NetSuite? I see a lot of you, you haven't quite yet gotten there, and that's totally okay. So looking at this, it looks like the majority.
We're gonna go ahead and close this out just for being mindful of time. 77%, almost 78% of you, have not tried yet AI inside NetSuite.
Well so let's move on to the next slide, Haley. So I love seeing all these results because no matter where you landed on that poll, you're in the right place today because what we're showing you today isn't something that's a future road map slide.
It's something we've been shipping these AI agents inside NetSuite for months now. Starting off with subscription intelligence, that was our first one that we did out the door for Zonebilling customers.
It's been working inside real accounts on their real data ever since, and here's why that matters for AP specifically. The newest one of these agents is live inside Zone Control Center sitting on top of your AP products that you use, like ZoneCapture and ZoneApprovals.
Instead of digging through a safe search or waiting on someone to pull a report you asked, you can use plain English questions about an invoice, a vendor, a stock approval, and get the answers straight from your NetSuite data all inside NetSuite. Same data you already trust, same permissions, same audit trail.
That's the whole value, more efficiency, more control, and you don't give up anything to get it. NetSuite's still your system of record.
You just make it faster to get answers out of it. So now with that being said, I wanna have Gebran go ahead and take us through a tour of how to use Zoe and AP Intelligence.
Gebran Hoyek
06:41 - 26:41
Alright. So let's get into it.
So let me start by sharing my screen, show you how all of that looks like within the Zoneumbrella. So right now, so what we're seeing and what some people might be familiar with is the ZoneCapture dashboard, which we extended actually to cover multiple solutions.
Right? So right here, what we see in the dashboard itself is mainly four, ZoneCapture, right, with all the bills ready to be processed. So some of you might be familiar with it, some of you might not.
But, basically, right here on the left, what we can see as well is not only, the information based on ZoneCapture, but also we can have a look at the extension of it. Right? So we can look at AP Payments.
We can see the bills that need to be paid. We can create batch payments.
We can have a phone transfer for a wallet to pay those bills. Now what I why I'm saying all of that as well as the e invoicing information and transactions that are pending approvals, all of that are within that one screen, is because what we are going to use, Zoe, is on the bottom right.
So the bottom right right here is what will help us do quite a lot of things, and especially based on the data that we have for our solutions. So for some capture, for a b payments, for e invoicing, for approvals.
So all of that data will be read and understood by the AI, which I'm going to open right away. So right now, I will go and click on this new conversation, which will allow you to assist questions about not only on AP platform, which includes capture approvals, payments, but also reconcile and ZoneBilling.
So right here, we can see and we can get pick it up a category to see example questions. So for example, let's see right here, the AP Intelligence.
And what is by default can be done, but you can also extend it to, whatever question or request that you like. Is, for example, here we can have the days payable on start outstanding this quarter.
Now that is based on created transaction, also outstanding ones that maybe are in the validation queue for ZoneCapture that we processed, which supplier bills risk late payment this week. And we can look at the biggest approval button.
So all of that is based on those transactions that are pending approval and the ones that are already created. So what we are going to look at is quite a few of these queries right here, but let's start with the GRNI balance tool.
So I already have it opened right here. So within the chat history right here, you can see what you already asked, the AI.
So you can go back to it. You can maybe go back to one of the discussion, continue it.
You can also go on and delete the converse conversation that you had. But let's go to one of the GRN night balance tool sessions.
So here it will ask you essentially at the beginning what is the date you want to provide or for which date. So you're going to say today.
And basically, what we see here is two parts. We see first the results and the extended analysis.
Now the result that you see here is mainly that text box which will tell you your balance, your j and I balance as of state is a specific number. Now the extended analysis is where we are going to have more value from it.
So let me extend that and show you where we can sell those details. So right here, we can see the add jar and eye.
Balance summary, how many items were matched to PO lines and how many are are matched, right, and need an an adjustment. So we can see an aging bucket for all the goods that were received but are not linked to an invoice.
So we can have that already right here. You can see a few ones from thirty to sixty days and a lot of them are a hundred twenty plus days.
Now we are going to give you, a list of the purchase orders and the items that are have an outstanding receipt lines that are not billed. Right? So we can have a look at that list, how many are remaining per item per PO and the age of those items linked to those POs.
So we can have quite a lot of information on that, and we also will give you an observation. We can tell, look, you have very old receipts.
You need to act on them. You have a large unmatched credit.
There's the top three supplier with outstanding receipts. So you can know exactly what to action on and which vendor to contact if that happens.
So this is just a general JARNI, let's say summary, but you can also restrict it to specific subsidiary, to specific timeframes. So all of those KPIs like here we see within one hundred and twenty days, you can define yourself.
So you can also define custom KPIs to do it. Now the AI that we are looking at is deterministic.
What it means is basically that we are reading the data and we are not having the solution guess. The AI guess, what the outcome will be.
Right? So you have heard you might have heard of AI and hallucinations and stuff like that, which in our case here, because we are only on the read modes, we only read the data of NetSuite that you have within the solution or existing transactions. We are going to read the data and only give you answers when we are sure.
So that is the whole purpose of having it be deterministic. Right? So here we can also have, based on that information, recommended actions, and we can also have a downloadable CSV file with all the outstanding receipt lines if you would like to.
So that is one of the few queries you can ask. Now another one that might be a bit more useful to specifically, ZoneCapture, so the OCR tool to help us build or create those vendor bills, is here suggesting coding rules.
So I would click on it, and it is asking which coding rules should we set up. So what line defaults are missing on vendor bills? Now you can adjust this query so you can have, like, a bit more details, like which or what kind of rules should be created for a specific vendor.
Because you are seeing that we have quite a bit of delay while creating them because we have some issues with those receipts. So the AI can combine that logic and give you a full analysis.
So here it will tell you that, look, we found 22 new coding roles you can create, covering a 184 lines coded by hand. So it also identify if the lines were coded by hand, if they were automated via a rule.
So we have the logic of custom matching rules, which would basically capture, specific GL account based on keyword you have defined. Right? So if you have implementation costs like here, implementation setup, it will automatically go to miscellaneous expense.
And for example, it identified that, and it will tell you, look, there's also two different rules that are miscoded. So this is a general results.
This is a summary. Right? The result will show you that same summary, again, with a bit of the lines, with a bit a bit more details that might be irrelevant for you, but the more useful information is under the extended analysis.
So we are going to tell you, look, from 379 vendor bills, go ahead by hand, 24 were existing rules, but were then corrected. So that is also something we look at, and we can give you suggestions to correct that.
So two existing rules needed amendment. We would suggest 22 new rules to create, so that would automate a 184 lines.
So we are giving you all of that information right here. So I'm telling you, look.
This rule needs to change the target account because you manually changed that. So you can see that five lines matching this rule were corrected by hand to IT expenses.
So we can tell you that from the past, usually, the rule picked it up for, let's say, telephone expense, but you always manually adjust it to IT expenses. We'll give you suggestion to change a specific rule.
So all of that is really useful at this stage for already existing rules, also to give you suggestion of new rules to create. So for example, this implementation setup, which found 74 lines that were created for previous bills within this target account.
So it is telling you, look. You need to add or additional targets.
So this, for example, description that you should add as a criteria and the scope are x or y. And vendors, here we have all vendors.
So it's giving me really an in-depth analysis and detail of what should be created as new roles and some ambiguous descriptions. So it was that you should, be careful of, for example, and some next steps.
Now we also give you a CSV file that you can download. So let me click on download right here, which is basically some line default for proposals.
Let me just open it up. And, basically, right here, let me zoom out.
We are giving you a bit more details on that. So it will be easier for you to have those rules within the CSV format and name for it.
We already prepopulate a lot of that rule. So we tell you, look, the text matching criteria needs to contain x y zed.
So this is where you would select the text item to match. Now the solution of the AI here is filling it up for you.
So you just have to validate it. And let's say you have a few fields here that you want to adjust yourself, you can.
So, practically, we are giving you the file that you can import and update those rules for, right, or create those new rules for. You can adjust it, but, basically, that work will be done by the AI, for example, to automate the creation of those rules so that matching and that manual input at the time of validation can be reduced even more.
Now let's have a look at a different query now regarding approval bottlenecks. So here I will go into my chat history and show you one of that inquiry one of one of those queries that we have here specifically for approval bottlenecks bottlenecks.
Sorry. So right here, I asked that I answered quite a lot of queries, but what I want to show you essentially here are what are our biggest approval bottlenecks.
So right here, we have here additionally results, extended analysis, but also a suite q suite q l query. So this will actually give you the query that we used in order for us to get that result.
So we can see that it came from that NetSuite query. Now going to the extended analysis, it will similarly give you a list of all the transactions that don't have approvers, the biggest bottleneck, individual approver backlogs.
So it will give you all of the current approvers, how many, transactions they are, actually assigned to, and what the days are pending. So here is quite a lot of days, per individual approval, but it's for you to have an idea that we can also ask, the AI to give us or ZOE to give us an actual in-depth explanation for that, or when was the last time they actually, approved the transaction, what was the reason for it.
You can also give a reason for why it was approved, why it was rejected. So all of that, you can really ask the AI to give you an answer and also export it via SysVisa can also visualize it and keep it on your desktop.
So So right here, we also analyze to reject the transactions, and, eventually, you can ask here. I asked it to show me, a list of pending approvals for myself.
Now I think I give here a bit more details. So let me show you.
And here, I have 20 vendor bills in this queue, totaling to a specific amount. And within the extend analysis, I can look at let's scroll a bit more down.
Here, my pending approval queue. So here, it shows my transactions that need approval, and I can then act myself on that.
Now the solution so approvals will provide you a list of your pending approvals right here under the pending section, but the data will also be analyzed so you can ask even more details on it or analysis of it. Right? So we had all of those pages on the home dashboard, but right now we all have them right here within this control center.
Now what we have in addition to that, if I close this up, is the Zonereconcile dashboard. So I have it actually right here open up, and this is specifically for Zonereconcile where we can see a dashboard, which includes the number of lines or number of statements that are ready to be processed and how many statements are left to with remaining lines.
If I have on reconciled inflows, I have cash in transits, undeposited funds. So all of that, I can filter by all accounts or specific accounts.
So here, it's a bit more clear for on the overview side of things and on the metrics as well. It can tell you what is the average processing time for a specific statement or for a specific bank account so you can know what to focus on, what you want to auto process.
So we have here different types of ways to analyze that data, and that again can be used by the AI to provide you some details on it. So right here, we have the number of statements that are ready to be processed.
So I have them right here, and I can go and individually reconcile them right here if I want to. But basically, right here, we see all the the statements that are ready to be processed, the ones that are already processed as well under the view all section.
You can also schedule the matching right here. And if I want to look at the bank connectivity, all is right now under one view, as well as the reconciliation reports that you can create, reports for, per account, per statement, and a list of unreconciled payments so you can have a look at them and know that, okay, these are the payments I should focus on today.
Now let's have a look at what the actual, what the Xsobi can help us with specifically for Zonereconcile. So here I have I had a query that I asked for initially which statements are remaining to be reconciled.
So it told me that I have 18 different bank statements with unreconciled lines and the number of remaining lines across multiple bank accounts. So it tells me that the largest backlog is on statement one one three three one.
So I know what to focus on already, but let's have a look at the extended analysis to see a bit more. So it will tell you what to focus on, the top priority most unreconciled lines, this third bridge, bank account, and this specific statement.
So I can have a look at the remaining lines. The differences as well, the status that is not processed or if it is processed, but there are remaining lines from that already processed statement.
And if I scroll a bit down, it'll give you also recent statements. So you can also filter it and tell it to actually look at a specific quarter, at a specific month, at a specific week.
So it can do that as well based on time dimensions that you will define. So it gives you as well summaries by bank account, key observations, and what we want to actually see is what custom matching rule would you suggest based on the pattern of those reconciled statements or unreconciled statements.
So it analyzed all those lines, and it told us to create three or four custom matching rule based on recurring recurring vendor patterns, subscription services, and others. So let's have a look at the extended analysis, and it will tell us, look.
These are the patterns we identified. So it analyzed all the statements and showed us and told us that we have 87 lines on a specific statement that will be automated if I would create a rule for this undefined committer party.
Right? So we have also different scenarios for bill payments with influence references, payment processors, etcetera. So here, it will tell us in the recommended custom matching rules what to create.
So it give us the details, how we should name it, apply to which type of transaction, debit, credits, and it could auto reconcile 40% of the retail service lines. So instead of you analyzing the lines that you would like to reconcile with, the solution and create those rules, the solution can already analyze all of that and suggest those rules to be created.
So same again, different rules for different priorities based on the number of, lines that are unreconciled. So all of that is quite useful, and it says here, for example, it can auto match 15 to 20 lines.
Now let's go and create a new conversation. So I want to finish off with now looking at here the cache intelligence.
So it can also show unmatched statement lines. It can check reconciliation differences per account or per individual account.
If you have auto matching turned on, we can show today's auto matches and how we can improve the matching rates by creating rules, maybe improving at a description, details of specific statements. So the solution are here.
The AI will help you with that. Now what we looked at is quite a lot of things.
Do I write now? Everything is centralized within this control center, for example, here in reconcile, and we looked at capture as well, which includes the payment functionality. With the paying bills, we can have a look as well or create a query query to ask, but give us all the actual, payments or vendor bills that have, no payments linked to them and give me a list of all the due, vendor bills that I need to pay.
So it will tell you, look. You need to pay this, this, and that one based on the due date so we can export it and focus on those bills to create a batch payment and eventually fill that bottleneck.
So, yeah, that's everything on the AI and more. I know you might have quite a lot of questions because it's quite a powerful tool.
And I just want to say that for now, the AI is on read only mode, but it's it will come in 2027, with the right functionalities. So that will enable, the AI to do and to be even more powerful that than it actually is today.
Haley Ashe
26:41 - 27:09
Awesome. Thank you so much, Jiran.
That was a fantastic demo. Thank you so much for taking the time to do that.
We are gonna go ahead and transition into the q and a portion of our session for today. So we did have a couple that were presubmitted, so we're gonna go ahead and start off with those.
So our first question is, do I have to buy something new to get this, or is it already included?
Gebran Hoyek
27:09 - 27:24
Yeah. Very good question.
So it's already included, within, the solutions. They have a limited number of queries, but that can also be extended.
So if you want to know a bit more details on that, we can, of course, help you.
Haley Ashe
27:24 - 27:38
Perfect. Awesome.
And our second question that was presubmitted is, is it safe to let an AI agent touch our NetSuite data, invoices, vendor info, approvals?
Gebran Hoyek
27:38 - 28:05
Yeah. So at this stage, because we're only under the read mode, we are just reading the data that is already existing within NetSuite within, zones, different applications.
So you are just analyzing that and feeding the AI training about or information in context about those solutions and the data within NetSuite. So no nothing is actually touched.
We are just reading it.
Haley Ashe
28:05 - 28:43
Perfect. Perfect.
Alright. And I'm gonna go ahead.
We have a lot of questions that were asked while you were demoing, Duran. So, a lot of excited folks watching us today.
So I'm gonna go ahead and start with maybe this one that I do think that Andrea already answered, but I think it's a great one. I'm gonna cast it to the screen.
But it is, is Zoe and AI included with ZoneCapture? So I don't know if we wanna expand on this any further from what, you know, obviously, we all saw here today. Andrea, Jiran, just one of you wanna answer this one a little bit more?
Gebran Hoyek
28:43 - 29:00
Yes. I mean, this is, yeah, already within, the solution.
So if you have any, issue with accessing, Zoe, you can contact us or create us, create a ticket with us, but it should be already available for all CAPTURE customers.
Haley Ashe
29:00 - 29:36
Yes. Yes.
And that is a great reminder, and we will share some resources on how to contact our support team a little bit later in the session if anybody is needing some some extra help of hands, in in accessing Zoe and ZoneCapture. But, hopefully, it's pretty pretty easy to access and get into.
Alright. So let's see what other questions that we have.
So let's see. This is probably a good one.
So I'm gonna cast this one up to the to the screen that Stacy just asked. It is how does Zoe recognize custom fields?
Gebran Hoyek
29:36 - 30:01
Yes. So Zoe recognized custom fields and really any fields that you have in NetSuite.
So, of course, if it is a specific custom field that don't make sense, you can feed a bit of context into the AI for it to understand what it means so that whenever you want to have a, a next conversation or continue on talking to it, it will remember what it actually means.
Haley Ashe
30:01 - 30:22
Perfect. Perfect.
Alright. Let's see what else we have here.
This is a good one that we have from Lisa. So Lisa asked, are there permissions to use the agent and to set up the rules, or can all users do it?
Gebran Hoyek
30:22 - 30:45
So the the permissions here are for everyone to access the agent. It's specific to each solution, and but we we respect the permissions of the actual users.
So if you only, have access to a specific subsidiary, it will only answer for that specific subsidiary. But the permission per se for the agent is given to everyone.
Haley Ashe
30:45 - 30:45
Perfect.
Gebran Hoyek
30:45 - 30:46
Yeah.
Haley Ashe
30:46 - 31:02
Perfect. Awesome.
Alright. So our next one that we have is when will this be available in the Zoneapps? Is it included in the current license, or will customers need to pay an additional fee for it?
Gebran Hoyek
31:02 - 31:15
So, yeah, again, it's included in the app. So if you want to have more queries than the original, so there's a limited amount of queries, it would be an additional fee which we can disclose afterwards.
Haley Ashe
31:15 - 31:28
Perfect. And then we have one from Mel.
So Mel asked, how do we see the dashboard in NetSuite?
Gebran Hoyek
31:28 - 32:00
I'm not sure if you mean the the actual dashboard of NetSuite or the dashboard of the control center. I'm going to answer both.
So, I mean, the dashboard on NetSuite, not sure if you noticed that we had the home dashboard, so it's just on there. Now if you're referring to the dashboard of, control the control center and you cannot see it today, you have to enable the new view, to be able to see this control center.
So it is within the configuration of each of the applications to to have that, within the solutions.
Haley Ashe
32:00 - 32:04
Perfect. Alright.
And then.
Andrea Boyle
32:04 - 32:30
And just to quickly add on to that because there were a lot of questions around the dashboard and Zone Control Center, Daniela did drop in the chat a link to the help article. So if you need to install Zoe in your ZoneCapture, in your NetSuite instance, there's a guide to help you through that.
So we want you to feel empowered from the session that you can walk away with information to go back to start setting this up and start using this today.
Haley Ashe
32:30 - 32:47
And, yeah, we just saw your note, Mel. Mel did confirm it was the ZoneCapture dashboard that they were asking about.
So thank you for for confirming that, Mel. Alright.
So our next question is from Ahmed, and they asked, will AI create the rules as well?
Gebran Hoyek
32:47 - 33:10
Yeah. So because we only are under read modes, we just provide you with the Excel file that you can then manipulate, remove some fields, add some fields so you can import them and create them because we don't have the right functionality right now.
So the right one, might, I'm not saying will. Might be able to do it.
So it's in the works today. But, yeah, we don't create the rules, today.
Haley Ashe
33:10 - 33:10
K.
Gebran Hoyek
33:10 - 33:12
Just give the suggestion.
Haley Ashe
33:12 - 33:25
Perfect. Alright.
Our next question is, how can item receipts be checked on a PO before recording the corresponding invoice?
Gebran Hoyek
33:25 - 34:14
So the because when the bill comes in, we should try to find a purchase order that's associated to that bill as that is mentioned there. So we try to find the purchase order in NetSuite and linking it to that invoice.
Right? And because that purchase order has those item receipts linked to that PO, that's how we saw that Jaur and I at the beginning, and that's how we are actually checking the item received per PO before the bill is actually created because what you saw, within the incoming queue, I didn't show you exactly the details of that. But, when the bills will land there, the bill is not yet created.
So that's where that, GRNI summary is from. So not received, but yeah.
Received, sorry, but not invoiced yet.
Haley Ashe
34:14 - 34:26
Perfect. I think that's a great segue into our next question, which is, does the GRNI tool include returns in the balance by PO?
Gebran Hoyek
34:26 - 34:53
I'm not sure what this would refer to specifically. It might be, a feature, but within the actual, like, training of the AI, you can define what the GRI tool can include or cannot include.
So that's why where you can include custom KPIs, custom calculations, just to take what into consideration.
Haley Ashe
34:53 - 35:13
Perfect. Perfect.
Alright. So let's see.
I think this is a good one. We can maybe give a little bit of a sneak peek, into what's coming with Zoe.
Right? But, they were asked, could you expand a bit more on the right function and what it would do?
Gebran Hoyek
35:13 - 35:53
So today, it's in the works. We are actually aiming for quite big things with it.
I I would like to disclose a bit more, but it's still in the works. And, yeah, I I we would, I would keep we would keep you updated with whenever that would be released.
So think about potentially creating those rules, or altering what will be created so, it can have a lot of potential which are actually testing today. So that's why we are actually aiming for 2027.
It's a bit in a few months, but, yeah, it will give us some time to extend the capabilities and actually make it even more powerful.
Haley Ashe
35:53 - 36:29
Yeah. Yeah.
A lot of a lot of exciting things happening here at Zone on the AI front. So we're excited to share more of those updates with you as they become available.
Alright. So we're gonna take probably just a couple more questions.
Any that we cannot get to today, please rest assured that we will follow-up with you after today's session to make sure we get an answer, to your question. But our next question that we're gonna go ahead and share is from Cameron.
What is the number of queries limited to initially?
Gebran Hoyek
36:29 - 36:58
So the it starts with a 100 queries per month. And, yeah, a single query can, as you saw, provide which results.
Like, it can fill it up with. quite a lot of data.
So it I would rather ask more complex queries at first, like, condensed ones so it doesn't just use all of those queries. But, yeah, after those a 100 queries, we can give you a bit more details on how it's actually priced.
Haley Ashe
36:58 - 37:14
Perfect. Yeah.
And we encourage you to to check out that link that we just dropped into our our FAQs too to to learn a bit more about that as well. Okay.
So our next question from Angie is, does ZoneCapture allow for CSV import of rule?
Gebran Hoyek
37:14 - 37:29
Yes. So by itself, it has the CSV import functionality, which will create those rules automatically.
So, yeah, providing you with a CSV almost, failed, will help you quite a lot in that case.
Haley Ashe
37:29 - 37:38
Perfect. Alrighty.
And then our next question is from Veronica, and Veronica asked, how are the rules defined?
Gebran Hoyek
37:38 - 38:58
So they can be defined based on the criteria you will configure. Usually, it can be like a role that you can select, if we're talking about ZoneCapture and filling the lines on a bill line level based on what we're purchasing.
So we can say, okay, if we have implementation costs, as long as description mentions the keyword, let's say, implementation. So it's based on a keyword logic that you will define, and you're going to be okay.
The result would be account one two three with segmentation finance, department x y z, etcetera. So it's based on a keyword basis, and you can restrict it for different suppliers, different subsidiary or supplier combination.
And so it depends on how we can define a rule which has it can be really for the whole account or just for specific vendors. Now those rules for the reconcile part, are on the automation of the creation of those entries, the journal entries, sorry.
So same logic with those keywords as long as the statement includes a specific keyword that you will define, it will create an entry, with a specific posting that you are going to submit.
Haley Ashe
38:58 - 39:13
Perfect. Alright.
So we're gonna take two more questions, and then we'll probably move forward to the next part of our our session. But, Raymond asked, will Zoe know a vendor records approval status?
Gebran Hoyek
39:13 - 39:39
So it will know all of the records of ZoneApprovals. So, here the vendor record does not include, the vendor record approval status, but it includes all the different types of transaction that are approved through the solution.
So that's why Zoe is mainly for, approvals, unapprovals, and what transactions are supported for them.
Haley Ashe
39:39 - 47:57
Perfect. Awesome.
Alright. So this is gonna be our our last question, and, I can take this one to give you a break, Jeron.
So Kelly asked, where can I learn more about Zoe and how to use it in more detail? So we have quite a few resources available, that we'll we'll be sharing with you in just a little bit as we move on to the next part of our session, Kelly. So you can grab that there.
Of course, you can always go to zoneandco.com, reach out to our support team, all the above.
But we will be sharing a couple links that'll that'll be helpful for you in, in learning more about Zoe in just a bit. Alright.
So with that said, we'll go ahead and segue into the next portion of, today's session. So we are gonna go ahead and move on into our Zoneupdates.
So just a few minutes to take to make sure that that everybody here is aware of everything new, happening here at Zoneand just some some helpful reminders as well. So for those of you, again, who have not met Zoe yet, a lot of you probably have.
You've seen a little bit today. But for those that haven't, this is Zoe.
She's the layer that connects our AI agents to NetSuite, so you're not guessing at your workflows. Our AI agents are working with your actual data, your subsidiaries, your billing schedules, your numbers.
Three agents are live right now, free to start. The subscription intelligence agent inside ZoneBilling, the AP Intelligence agent inside ZoneCapture that we showed you here today, and then most recently, the cash intelligence agent inside ZoneReconcile that you can see running here on the screen.
So this is gonna be showing you your cash position by bank account and subsidiary, catching unlocked or modified transactions before they become a fraud problem and flagging the accounts that keep mismatching. So with Zoe's AI agents, you can ask a question in plain terms, get the answers straight from your NetSuite data.
No more digging through reports yourself. So I'm sure that that sounds quite appealing, to several people here on on today's call.
So our next kind of update, segueing from that, it's a little bit different. It's an invitation, really.
So we're launching a new program here called Build with Zone, and this is the first place we're opening it up. It's one of our newest solutions coming soon, and that is ZoneLiquidity.
So ZoneLiquidity is our upcoming AI powered cash forecasting and scenario planning solution. It's built to give finance teams a connected treasury experience so you always know where cash stands today, where it's trending, and how different decisions ripple through that forecast.
So the idea here is simple. Instead of handing you a finished product and asking what you think, we want you in the room while we're still building it.
So you'd be working directly with our product and engineering teams, helping us figure out what a connected treasury experience should actually feel like. So where your cash is, where it's headed, and how different decisions might change that picture.
So we want it to be worth your time, not just ours. You get direct access to the people actually building this.
Of course, some paid recognition for the time you put in, a chance to connect with other finance leaders wrestling with the same problems, and a real visible say in where it goes. So if any of that sounds interesting, there is a QR code up here, for you to get started.
And we would love we would love for you to to to join. So Zoneliquidity is just one of several initiatives we're looking to collaborate with customers on right now.
So even if this particular initiative isn't one that is the right fit for you, you can scan the code or click this link, and they'll be available in the in the post webinar communication sent to you, and see what what else we've got underway that you might be interested in helping us out with. Okay.
And so as promised, some helpful resources, to to help you get the most of Zoe and and all of our our Zone solutions. So as we do wrap up, wanna make sure that you have all these resources available to support your journey with Zone or your perspective perspective journey with Zone if you're if you're not yet a Zone customer.
So whether you're looking to expand your product knowledge, troubleshoot an issue, or stay up to date, we've got we've got you covered in one way or another. So Zoneuniversity is gonna be your hub for on demand product training and education with content designed for both new users and experienced teams looking to level up.
So we encourage you to check that out. And then if you do ever need any assistance, Zone support is always here to help through our support portal as well as our Zoe agent for technical support available 24/7 for instant answers.
And then you can, of course, always go to the Zone Knowledge base for searchable articles, how to guides, and best practices tailored to real customer use cases, and that's actually where Daniela has been dropping, some links to in the chat. So definitely encourage you to check out the knowledge base.
It's a a wealth of resources. And then finally, be sure you are subscribed to the zone.
This is our monthly customer newsletter featuring product updates, customer stories, upcoming events, helpful information on all the latest and greatest with Zoe, and so much more. So we've gonna we're gonna share a subscription link here in the chat.
If you'd like to sign up, we would love for you to do that. But, really, we just encourage you to take advantage of all these resources.
They're really all designed to help you get the most out of your experience with Zoom. Alright.
