Thomas Kim is the Chief Executive Officer at Zone & Co and leads the company’s vision, strategy, and execution. Before joining Zone in 2023, Thomas was the CEO of Enfusion, a global leader of cloud-based investment management software, where he was responsible for growth globally that led to its public listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:ENFN). He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tassat, a blockchain based real-time payments provider that is responsible for over $1.8T in secure instantaneous transactions. Thomas served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Engine Group at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund, where he led various initiatives to improve the firm's investment processes and systems. Thomas was also the Chief Executive Officer of UNX Companies, an institutional agency broker dealer and held leadership positions across Lehman Brothers, Macgregor and Merrin Financial.

Thomas earned his bachelor's degree from American University. He is passionate about driving innovation and transformation and is a frequent speaker and writer on topics such as cloud computing, data security, and fintech trends.

Chad Wonderling is the Chief Financial Officer at Zone & Co, where he oversees all financial functions, including accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, and business operations. Since joining the company, Chad has played a pivotal role in scaling financial infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth. He also leads the company’s corporate development efforts, spearheading key initiatives across M&A, capital strategy, and long-term planning.

Prior to Zone, Chad served in multiple finance leadership roles at Salesloft, most notably as Chief Accounting Officer. During his nearly six-year tenure, he helped guide the company through four successful acquisitions, raised over $300 million in debt and equity financing, and was instrumental in the $2.3 billion sale of Salesloft to Vista Equity Partners. Chad began his career at KPMG and has spent the past 16 years building and leading finance teams at high-growth software companies. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and their two sons.

Billie Miric is the Head of Global Product at Zone & Co, leading product strategy, innovation and execution across the company’s ERP-native financial operations platform. With over 15 years of experience in SaaS, fintech and enterprise software, she has a track record of building and scaling product organizations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Prior to Zone, Billie focused on leading product and revenue strategy for a new indirect tax platform at Vertex, designed to unlock cross-border growth for SMBs. She also helped scale Enfusion’s Managed Services business and played a key role in preparing the company for IPO. She brings a broad and impressive foundation in product leadership, shaped early on at powerhouse names like Bridgewater, PayPal and Procter & Gamble.

Billie holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and serves as a mentor to startups through the Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator.

Tony Wong is the Global Head of Engineering at Zone & Co, where he leads the strategy, execution and growth of our ERP-native engineering organization. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, he brings a deep track record of scaling software platforms, modernizing architecture and building global teams that deliver with speed and precision.

Prior to Zone, Tony served as SVP of Engineering at BigTime Software, where he drove an AI-first strategy and led product, infrastructure and security across international teams. He also spent 14 years at Oracle NetSuite, where he led engineering for several core products, steered major cloud transformation efforts and played a key role in post-acquisition product integration.

Joseph Vayalattu is the Chief Operating Officer at Zone & Co, responsible for the strategic oversight, management, and optimization of Zone’s global operations. In this role, Joe ensures that every operational decision supports scalable growth, efficiency, and customer impact across all functions.

Joe brings more than a decade of operational leadership experience within high-growth FinTech SaaS companies. Initially joining Zone as Chief Experience Officer in 2024, he unified Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support - elevating the company’s operational framework and customer experience. Previously, Joe served as Managing Director and Global Head of Client Services at Enfusion, where he guided onboarding and client success teams through transformational growth. He began his career as a Derivatives Analyst at J.P. Morgan and as an electrical engineer.

Steve Bachert is the Chief Revenue Officer at Zone, leading the company’s global go-to-market strategy, sales, partnerships and revenue operations. With over 30 years of experience in SaaS and fintech, he has a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving profitability, and enabling high-growth phases.

Prior to Zone, Steve served as CRO and CCO at Expana, where he led the integration of teams and processes post-acquisition and doubled ARR. Previously, as CRO at Enfusion, he drove 75% YOY growth and helped list the company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ENFN). He has also held leadership roles at FourKites, Cloudera, and Uptake, guiding organizations through high-growth phases and strategic exits.

Steve is also passionate about philanthropy, serving as a board member and founder of Chances for Children, which supports multiple Chicago-area nonprofits focusing on improving the lives of underprivileged children in Chicago.

Rich Slater is the VP of People Strategy at Zone & Co and oversees all facets of HR and people operations in 18 countries. He brings over 25 years of experience to Zone, most recently having served as Chief People Officer at an HR consultancy and Chief Human Resources Officer at Becklar, a global technology firm. Certified MHR, SHRM-CSP, and SPHR, Rich is fluent in Spanish, enjoys outdoor activities, and loves spending time with his family.

Matt Campobasso is the Chief Legal Officer at Zone & Co, where he leads global legal, compliance, and corporate governance strategy in direct alignment with business growth and risk management. Matt partners across the organization to ensure legal strategy is catalytic—a driver of clarity and alignment rather than a barrier to innovation. He specifically leverages AI-powered tools to drive efficiency in contract lifecycle management, regulatory research, and risk modeling to ensure the legal function scales with the business.

With 20 years of legal practice, including over a decade in executive leadership roles at both private and public companies, Matt has built a career on bridging strategic ambition with operational discipline. Before joining Zone, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Enfusion, where he led the company through its IPO and complex cross-border transactions. His background also includes leadership roles at TruQua (an IBM Company) and Elevate Services, as well as a ten-year tenure at Freeborn & Peters LLP, where he served as a Partner. He began his career in government service as an Assistant State’s Attorney.

Matt holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
