Take a phased approach. There’s no need to do everything all at once—actually, we recommend against it. Once you decide on an ERP, move your users over to it ASAP. But only start with a single function. Get them used to the system with that single function, then, when you’re ready to add more functions, your users will already be accustomed to the system. It’s a great way to prevent problems and get to full ERP adoption faster.
