04:05 - 09:40

Thank you so much, Hailey. Well, first of all, for anyone who's newer to Zone, we build NetSuite native software that helps finance teams run their operations end to end with AI built into the platform, not bolted on.

We support more than 4,500 customers globally with a team of 250 plus across three continents and more than twelve years focused on only NetSuite. Our platform covers four key areas that finance teams use every day, quote cash, procure to pay, treasury, and record to report.

Everyone on this call already knows one piece of it well, ZoneReconcile. Sits in the treasury matching your bank activity to NetSuite so your cash is reconciled and right.

Today is about what that reconciled data can do for you next. Right next to ZoneReconcile on the side is ZoneLiquidity, which is now open to ZoneReconcile customers in this customer preview we're gonna walk you through today.

And running across all these products is Zoe, our AI agent, working inside NetSuite with secure enterprise grade AI. You're about to meet them both.

But before you do that, I want you to go ahead and take this quick poll for me. We have a quick question.

Which cash question takes your team the longest to answer? Could be why an account doesn't match the bank, What's still unmatched and why? Where's our cash? Where will the cash be next month? What happens if a big payment is late? Just wanna see. Wow.

Pretty clear winner right here. What's still unmatched and why is a really big.

It's coming in number one. Anybody else? Seeing if we have any more answers.

Alright. Awesome.

Okay. Thank you so much, everybody.

So going and moving on, looking at that poll and understanding, we can completely understand why that is coming up at the top. And both of these things you'll see today are built to answer exactly these quest.

Kinds of questions. Here's what's new for you as a ZoneReconcile customer.

Two, not one, but two AI agents, both built on the cash data you're already reconciling in NetSuite. There's nothing to migrate, nothing new to feed them.

On the left, you see a Zoe Cash Intelligence agent. It answers what already happened.

You ask about a variance, an unmatched transaction, or a balance in plain language, and you get the answer back. It's live today, and you get a 100 free queries every month.

On the right, you have ZoneLiquidity. It answer.

It answers that hard question of what's coming next. It forecast your cash, shows you when your open invoices and bills are likely to be paid, lets you test what if with the Zoe scenario planning agent.

It's in the customer preview. Anita's gonna walk you through through today, and it's free for six months the day you activate it.

Sara's gonna demo the cash intelligence agent, then Anita's gonna. Or Anita's gonna show you how to activate Zon liquidity live and show you how to use it, but stay to the end because you'll get the walk through exactly how to get started on these today.

Alright. So first up, let's talk about Zoe Cash Intelligence agent.

It's live today for ZoneReconcile customers. It's that backward look of already what happened to your cash and why.

Instead of digging through reports to figure out why an account is off or what's still unmatched, she asked plain English language, and it comes back right from your NetSuite data with your accounting rules. And you can export it and then share it with your team.

And, again, every ZoneReconcile customer here today, you're gonna get a 100 free queries a month. There's nothing stopping you from trying Zoe today.

Alright? And then next, with cash intelligent agent tells you what happened, ZoneLiquidity is gonna tell you what's coming. It takes the cash you've already reconciled, and it's going together with the open invoices and the bills in NetSuite and turn it into a forward forecast, thirty, sixty, ninety days out, or you create a custom horizon.

Here's where the AI comes in. Zone liquidity predicts.

It helps you predict when an open invoice and bill is likely to get paid. And Anita's gonna walk you through different scenarios and show you all of this today.

It's gonna show you if there's an early payment discount at risk collections where they're sitting. This is all through the the Zoe scenario planning agent.

And here's the best part again. This is open.

You're a ZoneReconciled customer. We we encourage you today.

Install. Take benefit of this.

See if this is gonna help you perfect. Prepare for your year end close or you need to start preparing for q one.

That's right around the corner. Take advantage of this today, and you just have to activate it before December 31.

So moving on, before we get into the demos, I wanna make sure you're already asking yourself, how do I get started? Meg's gonna drop for you both the guides in the chat right now so you can open this while we talk just to. And save them for later.

We want you to have it right there so you know how to get started. From the ZOE cash intelligence agent, which Sara's gonna walk you through and show you how to ask questions in plain language, and then from ZoneLiquidity, how to turn it on.

You're just gonna follow a few simple on screen prompts, and you're gonna be ready to go in no time. So with that being said, you have access to the guides.

You can get started today, but let's get into it. Let's get into the demo.

Anita, I'm gonna let you take it over.

Anita Stamenkovska

09:40 - 33:16

Wonderful. Thank you, Andrea.

Yeah. Alright.

Thank you very much for joining this, this webinar session. In the upcoming, minutes, indeed, we will be walking you through the onboarding process of ZoneLiquidity and also its, functionalities.

By the end of the session, you will be, able to walk away with all the required knowledge to enable and already start utilizing ZoneLiquidity into your NetSuite account. Now please note, as we're speaking, your NetSuite accounts are upgraded up to the latest version, the version that is carrying over ZoneLiquidity.

You can verify the statement by just simply navigating through setup and then ZoneLiquidity will be a new menu option available within the navigation menu. This is there.

This menu option should be there regardless of the role you're utilizing, either custom role or the administrator role. If this is not the case and your account is not upgraded, please make sure to instantly shout out, and just let us know now in the chat.

We'll make sure to upgrade your accounts instantly. Also, please note you can do this a little bit later by reaching either to us or support team, and from there we'll pick up the upgrade.

Also, please note, Zone liquidity can be tested into your sandbox account, but only you will have to indeed ask your administrator to upgrade the bundle for you because we do know a sandbox account can sometimes carry a stale bundle version. Now, simply if you're asking yourself, what's the best instance to test ZoneLiquidity? Is it production? Is it Sandbox? The right answer is, it is truly your preference.

Just please be mindful about data freshness in the sense of, if you already know that your sandbox was refreshed a couple of weeks ago and to some extent the data present in Sandbox is mirroring your production data, then the output of the cash forecasting will be great. Then feel free to proceed within Sandbox.

Otherwise, if you would decide to enable ZoneLiquidity into your production account, just please know that the negative impact across your remaining accounting processes is simply non existent because, we don't create transaction into your account, we don't modify your records. We would be only taking or leveraging, your bank reconciliation data, the data your AP and AR teams are, collecting and from their, from their cash, cash forecast.

Now in the sense of onboarding, please note that just because the team at the, at the beginning said, Zoom Liquidity is indeed utilizing an AI service to model and cash forecast. Now to enable this AI service, it is indeed only the administrator that can save the required, API, API secret within your NetSuite account for this purpose.

Also, the API secret remains available within your NetSuite account throughout the entire lifetime of the module. Now, also, if you are utilizing a custom role, you can ask your administrator to enable ZoneLiquidity for you even from your current role.

As an example, for this purpose, I'm just using the ZoneReconcile comparison role. If I navigate to set up ZoneLiquidity, I can just simply select any of these many options.

I'll just go with the first one. Here the system is going to prompt me to record the email address of my administrator and from there request access.

When we type the email address of our administrator and send the request, our administrator will be receiving an email with very simple instructions to enable our Zone liquidity for our account and also linked to the knowledge base will be available as well. From here we can proceed and request access and let's take a look now how this process is going to look on the administrator side.

I'll navigate to the administrator role for this purpose. Now, if you're also using the administrator role, you can reach the ZoneLiquidity setup either through the ZoneLiquidity menu options or through the dialogue link available within your email.

So just simply navigate for this purpose to set up ZoneLiquidity and ZoneLiquidity setup. Now please note, you as an administrator or your administrator is going to be prompted to agree to this ZoneLiquidity terms and conditions.

They're fully available within the following link. Please note that there's no liquidity terms and conditions are simply summarizing all the details, about how the AI model, is handling and utilizing your data.

This just to make sure to go over this document. The second one is the customer preview notice, which is just simply summarizing the commercial details around ZoneLiquidity, its purpose, its status, the support and service levels, the warranty disclaimer, and so on.

Once you as an administrator or your administrator went through all these options, by agreeing to them, from there, they can proceed to the next step. Now please note, indeed, the next step is just as simple as just requesting the API secret to enable the AI model within liquidity.

From here, we can notice that the setup consists out of five steps, but for the administrator, completing this first step is simply sufficient. Now let's take a look.

Once again, we are prompting the users saying that by requesting the API pass key, you're indeed consenting to some terms and conditions, the two documents that we shared just a moment ago. From here, the administrator can just simply request the API secret.

The system is going to approve the authorization and automatically save the API key within your NetSuite account. You can always find the API key under Setup, Company, and API secrets.

Please feel free to ignore the error you're seeing in the screen. That is only because I'm working within a test drive, test drive instance.

Now in the sense of the administrator, once again, this process is fully completed. They can fully abandon the process here with one additional ask.

Zone liquidity can only work with the ZoneLiquidity rule, so please do make sure to also ask your administrator to assign you this ZoneLiquidity rule. Now the ZoneLiquidity rule comes as pre installed with the with the bundle itself and the role is named ZoneLiquidity role and ZoneLiquidity role single sign up for all those users that are utilizing single sign on as an authorization process.

Once the administrator has assigned you with the ZoneLiquidity rule, from here you can proceed with the setup. Now, let's take a look of how the setup will look like.

One of the advantages of ZoneLiquidity is its simplicity that it lives within NetSuite. You don't have to worry about infrastructure.

You don't have to worry about or build API integrations. You don't have to talk to your broad finance team about data extraction, data maintenance, refreshes, and so on.

Zone liquidity as such would only take the data already present in your network account. And based on this data, based on the, based on the payments, on the open accounts payable, and receivables forecast, the cash balances, forward.

Now let's take a look at the setup. I'll just navigate again to setup ZoneLiquidity and ZoneLiquidity setup.

Fourth, as a custom user forward, the setup will consist of four different steps. And all of them are super simple, and you can think about them in the form of dataset configuration or dataset extraction in the sense of what is my destination, where I'm going, which are the subsidiary and the bank accounts I wish to be part of my cash forecast.

Now within the general preferences, we can select the subsidiaries we wish to generate the forecast for. As an example, we can either select all subsidiaries or just simply select one.

I'll proceed with the one for this process and the same stands for the bank accounts. Please note, if you're having subsidiaries or bank accounts that don't have that much of a movement, we can fully, exclude them or especially bank accounts that are utilized only for cash pulling, you can always answer, let them, and not use them within the cash forecast.

Moving forward, the forecast period. The system comes with predefined options.

A custom value can also be selected, especially for those users that are building or maintaining cash forecast up until thirteen weeks. But for this purpose of this demo, I'll just select Q1 of twenty twenty seven as my forecast period.

Now in the sense of the transaction types. This is the moment when we really think about our industry or about our business.

So for example, if we are only operating on cash basis, meaning we're selling services online, once a user comes in, they check out the payment is already created within NetSuite, then you might want to forecast based on the own payments. For example, customer payments, cash sales, or customer deposits.

It just really depends of how this sale is represented within your NetSuite account. But if your business is represented in the form of subscription basis, meaning you would issue customer invoice to your users or a sales order based on weekly or monthly cadence, then you would like to include also invoices, vendor bills, and such.

Also, if you do operate on the basis of sales orders and also purchase orders for upcoming planned cash events, these transaction types can also be utilized. For the purpose of this demo, I'll just simply select all the transaction types that are applicable and continue to the next step.

Now, there might be some events that are not necessarily represented via a NetSuite transaction. Those can be events that we only are planning for, and they would be coming in the future.

Utilizing the business inputs, we can account for these type of events. For example, the event type can be new hires that would be upcoming.

Also, purchases of a new vehicle and events can be any. We can select the subsidiary from here, the bank account, If we know which bank account this purchase or this incoming inflow would be applicable, we can select the date from which we would like the model to start accounting for, for this event, and then, of course, the amount.

New hires usually represent an outflow in this use case or practically for any use case within a company and we'll just simply select the recurrence type applicable to this event. New hires will just simply say this is going to be a monthly event.

In the ending period, these are going to be end of the forecast or specific date or after a number of times fully applicable to different use cases. We don't have to even stop here.

We can select as many. We can add as many factors as applicable.

From here, just proceed with the destination rules. Now, the destination rules consists of two parameters and they're fully optional, but we highly recommend to use them.

The liquidity floor stands, for the occasion of planning kind of amount that we would like to visualize on the cash forecast chart. And the liquidity floor comes as the minimum amount we have to maintain within our bank accounts with the purpose to execute non negotiable expenses, which can be occurring, for example, at the moment.

Meaning we have to indeed execute payment for payroll, execute payment, for for our rent and so on. So this is the minimum flow we have to maintain.

And on the opposite, the cash milestone target is the, the KPI we are after for the dedicated, dedicated period. I'll just set this value at my cash milestone target.

From here, just review and execute. On reviewing and executing, the system is indeed providing us with a summary of all the options we selected into the previous steps and from here, save and execute.

I'll just pause here, and simply say that indeed, this is the entire setup that the user needs to go through to enable ZoneLiquidity within within NetSuite. So please do make sure to shout out, raise your hand, or simply let us know is this process indeed simply enough.

And we would like to even hear more about your existing cash forecasting process just because we do understand that Excel sheets and different type of processes can be time consuming, especially when we're, thinking about data data maintenance. When the forecast execution is completed, from here, we can start tracking our results.

And always within the finance world, we say the starting point matters the most. And that is what deal liquidity is a first feature out of ZoneLiquidity stands for.

Meaning, we provide users with a summary of the current bank account balances across across their bank accounts. We reference different parameters.

The bank statement balance will be available for all the bank statements we imported and reconciled. Bank connectivity balance will also be available for all users that are using API connectivity through ZoomReconcile.

And, of course, the next week balance will be absolutely referenced, including the difference between the bank statement balance and the next week balance, which we do know always have to be zero. And this is an information that can serve to us in the sense of where our teams.

Did our teams already reconcile our bank statements and how stale our cash cash forecast is. Liquidity as the, as a functionality can also be utilized to check the bank balance at the end of a particular period.

So for example, end of q two, end of the last year, but also move forward. So as an example, if we simply select, for date end of February in the next year, the system has capacity to also forecast the balances per bank account, and we can even drill down further.

The system is taking the current balance as a starting point, adding expected inflows and outflows, and generating the forecasted balance. If we click within these values under expected inflows and also outflows, the system is going to present an explainability layer of what this number actually consists of.

If we would like to even further drill down within the forecast, this is the moment when we utilize the forecasting functionality. Now let's take a look at the forecast itself.

Once again, refreshing the forecast is fully available. The system is indeed refreshing the data, on a daily scheduled basis.

And if there's any need that we refresh the forecast ad hoc, this is fully, applicable as well. But once again, as our accounting teams, as our APM air teams are recording new transactions within minutes, they will be automatically synced to the cash forecast and our forecast will be accordingly, completed.

Now what the cash forecast exists of is the forecasted cash balance for which the system is indeed leveraging the AI service to look into the best patterns of our customers, of our vendors, and from their project, the correct cash balance. In the sense of data, data quality and data availability, please note that the system is taking into account the best patterns or the transactions out of the best year, meaning the best three hundred sixty five days.

All this data is going to be taken, into account. And based on this data, the system is going to forecast the, the cash balances.

Also, to account for all those scenarios where the system was unable to identify a pattern, in the sense of we have no history about an event, but this event is only recorded via a new customer onboarded. So for example, we do have a new customer invoice.

We did brought the inflows and out. Sorry.

We did brought the enhanced projections as open accounts payable and accounts receivable within, within the cash forecast to also present these type of, events. Now the enhanced projections are truly not fully available within our account because this is an account that has a bit of a little, little data.

But indeed, open accounts payable and accounts receivable are going to be part of the enhanced projections. The inflow and outflow, is simply the representation of the spikes of the way when our forecasted cash balance is moving.

So we, do have an instant overview how our cash is moving throughout the the period. And then the reference lines are also also available as cash milestone target in the liquidity floor.

Also, please note, this is just not a, this is not just a chart that is displaying the forecasted balances. We can even drill down further.

The forecasted events are just simply a summary or a table representation of the data available within the chart. In here, we do present users all the forecasted types applicable.

For example, when there is a transaction that is overdue, the system is going to display it. What the system with enhanced projections does is the system will still look at the past patterns of this vendor and of this customer, but based on their payment methodology and their, payment behavior, generate an AI, predicted range or exact date when the payment is about to be received.

Now, we also provide detailed explainability layer of how the system was able to generate this specific amount. Within this transparency layer, you can just notice that the main demographic data of the customer or the vendor will be available with their original amount and the foreign amount as well, will display the contribution, to the end of the period and the underlying, records.

The full, the transparency layer is a bit different for those forecasted events that are actually coming only, as part of the AI service. And here, you would also be available, to verify the occurrence score, the amount consent.

Consistency, and the pattern match rate. And this is just a clear event for all those events.

The system was unable to identify a pattern, but it captured the amount as an existing one, moving, moving forward. The source transactions are also going to be listed including the upcoming forecasts as well.

We can also filter based on the forecast type. You can notice the business inputs are indeed, available.

The transaction types, as well, all utilized within the forecast, and we can even filter the data down based on the counterparty. Next is the scenario planning agent.

Now, the scenario planning agent comes in those events when we would like to test different hypotheses within our cash focus? So for example, we can say, what is the free cash flow this month, or what if our key suppliers reduce payment terms from sixty to thirty days? What would be the impact on the month end cash? I'll just simply proceed with the with the very first question, but you can already get the idea in the sense of we can use plain human language. Just just tie this question to the scenario planning agent.

The system is going to query the forecast and from there provide, provide the best, output. The system also has capacity to compare the original scenario plan and how the, what the impact that scenario would, would also be.

So now I can notice that, indeed, the output is, just just a generated table where the system is summarizing the month, the expected inflows and outflows, and, of course, the net, cash flow, which was, the the original question that we asked. If this is something that you would be using, please make sure to give us a thumbs up or if you find this feature as helpful just because we do know that these type of different simulations being executed within an Excel sheet can indeed be difficult to be tracked and tackled, and then bringing the, cash forecast to the original version, it's not not always, ideal.

So, please raise your hand or add any comment. It would be much more appreciated.

Alright. The next functionality, and also the very last one, are the working capital insights.

And the working capital insights provide finance teams a summary of the total accounts payable, accounts receivable outstanding. We would also display the potential savings for all those transactions coming with that specific discount, and also the critical actions required.

Based on this head level information, we also summarize or categorize the payment buckets based on accounts payable and accounts receivable. And from here, we would further categorize them into early payment opportunity, urgent payments required for all those transactions that are overdue within the next seven days up until, twenty nine days.

In critical actions, again, we'll hold all those transactions that are overdue with more than thirty days. Once again, all these transactions are record with the email suites, so we can always reach them out and the same logic is shared for the accounts receivable section.

Alright. I think this is me.

Thank you very much. I will hand over to you, team.

Haley Ashe

33:16 - 33:44

Awesome. Thank you so much, Anita.

And before we do move on and pass the baton to Sara to walk us through the next part of today's session, we had a couple questions while it's timely, that we wanted to go ahead and pass over to you, Anita. So, our first question was from Shannon.

I'm gonna go ahead and share this to the screen so everybody can see it. Shannon asked business inputs and destination rules.

Is there a way to input this information via CSV to accommodate volume?

Anita Stamenkovska

33:44 - 34:52

Not indeed at this moment. They need to be recorded manually, but this is a great feedback that we will be looking into.

And indeed, I can read the next question. Can it also be used for actual transactions? Indeed, ZoneLiquidity uses transactions, which are open, not yet, paid, while the system to generate the forecast is indeed utilizing the past patterns.

Once a transaction, once an actual open transaction is already. Is paid, the system would refresh or take into account the payment and from there for a new pattern for the upcoming forecasted events.

Please. let me know if this answers your question or if there are any more questions.

Haley Ashe

34:52 - 35:38

Awesome. No.

Thank you, Anita. That was great.

So if you have any other questions, like, for ZoneLiquidity, anything else that you wanna wanna address with Anita while we have her, please feel free to go ahead and do that. A reminder, we do have the hand raise option.

If anyone is is brave enough to to come off and chat with us live, we would love to. We're a friendly bunch.

So we'd love to chat with you live, and and talk through some liquidity if if you're excited, if you're you're you're finding value out of it, if this is everything that you. You've been needing and looking for with this type of solution.

So without further ado, though, we're gonna go ahead and pass the baton over to Sara to take us into the next part of our session. So, Sara, over to you.

Sara Shaffer

35:38 - 49:28

Okay. Alright.

Thank you, Haley. Today, I'll demonstrate how to use Zone Control Center and our Zoe AI agents for reconciliation.

Getting started is really simple. From anywhere in NetSuite, navigate to Zone and Co product and Zone Reconcile.

Keep in mind that NetSuite controls this top header menu and they change the order. It can vary by account, so if you don't see Zone and Co at the top here, it might be, under the dot dot dot for more.

For quick daily access, you can also add this as a shortcut by hovering over the star, click Add Shortcuts, choose a name, save, and when you come back, you'll see it right here. If your account doesn't already have access to Zone Control Center, your NetSuite admin can install the bundle at no added cost.

Meg shared a link in the chat with step by step instructions. It's a really straightforward process.

It doesn't take very long. If you do have questions though, reach out to your account team or message support and we'll get back to you right away.

If you implemented ZoneReconcile after September, you probably already have access. If not, your admin can install the bundle because this is a brand new product and we are making it available to everyone.

Let's start with getting a thumbs up from people who already have access to Zone Control Center. I'm not seeing any thumbs up.

Oh, we got a couple. Okay.

Great. Oh, even more.

Okay. That's awesome to hear.

Hopefully, you guys have already navigated around and tried some of this stuff. If not, let me walk you through it now.

Zone Control Center is our unified platform. This gets you access to your data across Zone workflows.

The left navigation panel is where you'll navigate within Zone Control Center while this header menu still stays up and present for navigation within NetSuite. If you have more than one Zone product, you can navigate between them here.

And in the bottom, you can always link to our help center to submit a support ticket or change your Zone Control Center in Zoe's settings. You can navigate between key areas of ZoneReconcile here.

For example, if I want to open scheduled matching, really easy shortcut there. I can customize this navigation menu, which is something that I really like.

I could change the order around if I wanted to. I could hide or show things.

But what I think is really awesome is that I can add any custom searches that I have here, and they're easier to find with a very quick shortcut in this menu. Keep in mind that anything you update here only affects your account, so you can really personalize it to what you do without having to worry that you're gonna impact other people with other roles.

Now as an admin, when you land in Zone Control Center, you'll see this. And setting up Zoe is as easy as one, 23.

Literally, 123. Everybody else, when they go to Zone Control Center, lands on these dashboards.

We've got two different dashboards. These are operational and they can be filtered by date range or by bank account.

This is the overview dashboard. It provides immediate visibility into inbound and outbound cash activity.

What I'm using here is a demo account. The data is a little limited and it isn't real, so it might look a little wonky in some places because we do use it for testing.

Toggling over to metrics here. Now this allows us to measure operational speed and accuracy.

Most of the widgets, we can actually click on them. When I clicked on Statements to Process, it took me directly to Statements to Process, which is just another way that we're trying to make it easier for you to use the product.

Now for the highlight of the demo, Zoe Cash Intelligence, our specialized AI agent for ZoneReconcile. Zoe can only be used in Zone Control Center.

And if you wanna engage with Zoe, simply navigate down here. This dot is movable if for some reason it's blocking something you need to see, and you just select the icon to open Zoe.

Zoe was built on a foundation of financial knowledge, NetSuite, and Zone product schemas, and it also has access to any customization information available in your NetSuite account. If you have custom fields, those names and any descriptions are gonna be available to Zoe.

And that provides her with that foundation to accurately evaluate your information. What's really fun about Zoe is that she combines natural language chat like you get with ChatGPT or Claude where you just kinda type things in.

But on the back end, she uses deterministic AI to execute, and this allows Zoe to reliably query NetSuite and ZoneReconcile records. So within Zoe here, I can always change the format, to a floating box, which I don't love.

But if you did need a little more visibility on the page, you can use. I prefer the sidebar.

I like to widen it. Again, the way you use Zoe will depend on what you're using her for, and I'm going to go through a few activities here.

All right. But let's think about how we could get started with Zoe.

So Zoe has a couple of different agents available. AP intelligence for ZoneCapture and ZoneApprovals, Subscription Intelligence for ZoneBilling, and what we're talking about today, cache intelligence for ZoneReconcile.

Okay. How do we get started? I could click on one of these examples and it's as easy as that.

Or I can use the Help Me Get Started where Zoe is going to ask me a few questions and then give me designed prompt examples that are specific to me. Let's take a look at what happens if we select that help me get started.

I'm using these saved versions today because my NetSuite account is having some difficulties. Okay.

So what's your role is the first thing she asks. And I said, I'm a cash manager.

And then she said, what are you trying to get done and gave me a couple of options here. I could have selected anything, but I said I'm chasing a payment, and checking my cash position.

And she gave me a couple of prompt ideas. Again, all I have to do is select those and she'll start giving me data.

It's as easy as just telling Zoe what you're interested in, and she'll start to give you some ideas about how you can use her. Instead of doing that though, I want to first of all show you what I'm doing up here and then second of all, go through a few examples that I pulled for us.

Selecting my chat is going to give me my chat history from the last seven days. I have the ability to rename or delete these.

They're going to get saved for seven days. If this is something I know that I'm going to use every couple of days, I will save it and then come back to it.

Because I've used it, it just sticks around and that makes my job a little bit easier. This time I asked a series of three questions and they're all related, so they're all within the same session.

I would only need to start a new conversation if I was coming up with a new topic or for some reason we got stuck in something and I want Zoe to start over. Alright.

So first, I, ask Zoe for a summary of my 2026 reconciliation. And anytime you ask Zoe a question, she'll give you a summary statement.

This is a quick hitting summary with a direct response to the question you asked. When Zoe's response includes more than 15 items, she provides a results section.

This is gonna be a data table that you can scroll through, but the results are downloadable into a CSV, which is amazing because it means you and your team can get access to that data in Excel or Google Sheets, and no one had to create a report or manually export anything. If that's exciting to you, let's get some hearts on the screen because that was huge for me.

Yay, hearts. Everybody loves Excel.

It also means that you can just share your data with people who may not have access in the product. It is pretty awesome.

Second question. Now I asked about matching the bank statements in NetSuite.

Of course, Zoe provides me again with this summary statement. Oh my gosh, the hearts keep coming.

Wow. Okay.

Alright. So we've got this, summary statement.

We've got our results because we've got more than 15 responses. This time, though, I wanna come down here and look at the sweet QL query.

A sweet QL query is what makes Zoe explainable AI. So what we're looking at here is, this is showing us what the AI did based off of our request.

Most of the time you probably won't look at this and that's cool. But if something looks off, you can look at this and see how did Zoe interpret my plain language question and put this into the actual fields within NetSuite and ZoneReconcile.

It can also be used if you wanna replicate this query or literally copy and paste it and put it somewhere else in, ZoneReconcile in NetSuite. Alright.

And now let's talk about this third question here. This time, I wanna see variances by day.

And once again, I have my summary. I have my results.

I have my sweet queue up query. But what I really wanna look at now is the extended analysis.

This is my favorite part of Zoe. The extended analysis goes beyond my exact question to provide me with follow-up details.

And they vary depending on the question that I've asked. Now this is what's super cool about Zoe.

She has these memory notebooks for each individual. So she'll remember what types of follow-up questions you usually ask or what types of formats you want that information in, and she will start automatically providing those to you in this extended summary.

So increased use of Zoe. Increased use of Zoe improves her execution.

Here Zoe is giving me some key findings, which is cool. Again, this is not real data.

So if it looks, unrealistic, that's totally okay. She's breaking those out by currency.

She's giving me some sample variance details here. But she's also explaining, giving me these details for how to understand the columns, which is great because these are also exportable in that CSV down there.

She's identifying critical issues and she's providing recommendations. And the recommendations get more nuanced, both with the more you use Zoe and she saves things to those memory so that she knows what your real interest is and what those workflows are that you typically use.

But they also get more nuanced when the questions are more specific, which is really useful, and she'll prioritize next steps and things like that in these recommendations. Again, I just love the extended analysis.

I will copy and paste this and put this somewhere so that I can start using it as the basis of a report. Altogether then with just three short questions, Zoe has given me answers to my questions, provided me with exportable data tables and a broad analysis.

Before I go though, I want to cover one more question. Zoe is obviously amazing at providing analyses, looking for discrepancies, looking for splits, telling us about matching and ages.

But she's also good about pulling data from specific accounts. Okay.

Awesome. But so it can be used for another purpose.

So it can also be used to help onboard new Zone Reconcile users. So can I get a thumbs up from people who are new to reconcile or haven't even used it yet? Okay.

So we've got some new users here, which is awesome. This can be a new team member, it can just be people who are new to Zone Reconcile for the entire company.

Think of Zoe as an extension of your onboarding. I'm going to go through one more example here where I asked Zoe a really simple statement.

I just said, how do I import a statement? I just can't remember. I'm new.

I didn't want to have to go to the Help Center and search for how to find this. She answers my question and she provides me with step by step instructions.

Then at the bottom, she also provides me with a link directly to the Zone Help Center on the exact knowledge base or help center article that I need in case I need more information from her. So, all of this to say that Zoe is amazing and you can hopefully use her to expand your knowledge of ZoneReconcile, to expand the scope of the type of analysis that you were even doing, and to just speed up your everyday work, speed up some of those manual processes so you could focus on what really matters.

And, now I'm gonna hand it back to Haley.

Haley Ashe

49:28 - 50:17

Awesome. Fantastic demo, Sara.

Thank you so much for that. And it seems like there's a lot of love for Zoe, probably for Sara too and her excellent demo, that we just had.

So thank you so much again, Sara. We we really hope that everybody's loving Zoe.

So we are gonna go ahead and transition into q and a. I think we have a couple questions, for the group.

So I'm gonna go ahead and tee one off. So I think this one is gonna be for you, Anita.

If you wanna come back on and join us, I'm gonna cast it over onto the screen. But Dan asked, can ZoneReconcile be helpful to match transactions from bank statement where the references and counterparty details are either jammed, short ended, cut, or with incorrect spacing of characters?

Anita Stamenkovska

50:17 - 51:34

Thank you. And let me answer these two separately.

It is very common that the counterparty incoming from the bank is different than the counterparty of our entities recorded within NetSuite. And what the system does is that we do indeed require a first match in the sense of recording the counterparty for the first time.

But when we submit the pop up of the, of this particular transaction instead of the bank statement, the system has capacity to remember the counterparty name coming from the bank to the, entity record within NetSuite. And when the next time we are importing or auto importing the bank statement, the system will have capacity to simply, identify the match and, provide a counterpart information.

On the references, indeed, this is possible, yet we do utilize a customized approach of just recording the incorrect spacing or characters into a new column in a new field within the NetSuite transaction to get to the exact match. So this is indeed an interesting use case.

We would like to know more details and and help you move, help you move forward. So please just to make sure to, to reach out to us, and we can take a look at the specific details.

Thank you.

Haley Ashe

51:34 - 52:17

Awesome. Thank you so much, Anita.

And and Dan, listen. If you wanna come off, raise your hand, chat with Anita live.

We would love to have you. Anybody else that wants to come on and ask ask a question they might have for either Anita or Sara, the rest of the team that you have on with you today, please feel free to remember that that hand raise button is gonna be in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Alright. So we did have a couple questions that were presubmitted as well.

One of which I think is is great that relates to everybody on today, and that is, when does my free six months start, and what happens when the six months are up? So, team, does somebody wanna wanna take that one for us?

Andrea Boyle

52:17 - 53:04

I can take that one. So with ZoneLiquidity and the customer preview where you're getting six months of free access, it starts from the day you activate.

So if you don't activate today, that's perfectly fine. We hope you do.

But you have until December 31 to activate. And then from that time, that is when the ticker starts, and you have six months to use it.

Now after the six months, they're. We're not gonna charge you.

It is free to you completely for six months. And then after six months, we'll reach out to you and talk to you about any commercials or anything, and, we'll discuss that with you at that time.

And you can make a decision on whether you wanna keep it, and we believe completely that you're gonna see the value in this and how it's gonna help reduce your time and help you build more predictable forecast.

Haley Ashe

53:04 - 53:27

Fantastic. Thank you so much, Andrea.

And we're really excited for everybody to to give it a go. Hopefully, that's exciting, to know that you have that time to do that.

We do have a couple Zoe questions, Sara. So, one question that we did have presubmitted is, are there any query limits, fair use policies, or throttling controls?

Sara Shaffer

53:27 - 54:32

Okay. So, oh, I'm not quite on the screen.

I didn't realize that before. Alright.

Let me answer this. So, I think the first part of the question was, are there any query limits? What you get for free with Zoe, so what is included in your account with Zone Reconcile is 100 queries for the account.

That goes across all of the different users. If your company has different access to Zoe products, that crosses across all of those.

It's 100 queries a month, but there are no overages. There's nothing like that.

What happens is that you will get alerts at 50, 80, 90, and 100% of usage. Once you reach that 100%, the little icon grays out and can't be clicked, so you don't have to worry about that.

If you're a larger account and you've got a lot of people using Zoe or you have specific workflows and you know you're going to reach that 100 queries a month all the time, we do have tiers that you can purchase additional queries. It's not month to month, That's a that's a, just add it to your contract.

Haley Ashe

54:32 - 54:46

Beautiful. Thank you, Sara.

And then one more question for you, and then I think we have one more for Anita as well. I think this is a great one to ask.

Is customer data processed or stored outside of NetSuite?

Sara Shaffer

54:46 - 57:20

Okay. Really good question.

So, yes, customer data is processed outside of NetSuite. It uses a primary AI engine, which is.

Uses Cloud 4. 5, delivered with AWS Bedrock.

Knowledge Retrieval uses OpenAI to power a reg system and regionally that gets deployed on AWS infrastructure in either The US or The EU. And that is up to your account where you want that regional hosting.

Especially if you're in APAC, feel free to use either US or EU, but anyone's welcome to use either of those for data compliance. When queries result contain those more than 15 rows like I was showing you and you can export the list and everything, which is amazing, the complete dataset does have to be exported to an encrypted AWS S3 storage, and that's what allows you to download that CSV file, but it's deleted every ninety days.

We can always do a manual delete earlier than that if something comes up and you need that, but it is automatically deleted, which does mean if you were to go back to that session ninety days later, it would just have to rerun the query. You wouldn't be able to automatically export it anymore.

Customer data is temporarily stored outside in that suite. I think I said that under the strict ninety days retention policy.

And really important though, NetSuite authentication tokens only exist for the duration of the request. So these are never stored.

That's really important. We also use encryption, so conversation threads.

Even when data is being transported to when it's being stored, those are encrypted as well. Yes, data does get stored outside NetSuite, but we use a lot of policies to make sure that this is a really safe process for, and it's something that is we take security very seriously here, of course.

If you are interested in learning more about these processes, the docs, there's like the chat messages and docs, you can download. We have a tier one summary, and then we also have a white paper on our data and security with Zoe AI that has a lot more details.

Okay. And that was just a quick hitter.

If you really want this specific details, please read the white paper.

Haley Ashe

57:20 - 57:21

Yes.

Sara Shaffer

57:21 - 57:22

or reach out and ask us.

Haley Ashe

57:22 - 59:38

Yes. Please always reach out.

Zone team is always here for you. And just a quick nav thing.

You should see the docs tab, right next to where you see q and a. So be sure to to save those, bookmark them, download them.

As Sara mentioned, it has a lot of great information, on that. So we are two minutes until the end of our session.

So we're gonna go ahead and stop q and a. But before I do move on, I just would love to see a quick round of hands, show us a little emoji, a little heart, a little thumbs up.
